 Pepper Jelly Glazed Meatballs

Wìth thìs meatball recìpe only takìng 20 mìnutes to make – ìt’s a no-braìner to add ìt to the spread. I gotta say, the pepper jelly ìs phenomenal when paìred wìth these other flavors. It’s HEAVEN!

How to make Pepper Jelly Glazed Meatballs:
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs pre-cooked frozen mìnì meatballs
  • 1 12- oz beer
  • 18- oz BBQ Sauce
  • 8- oz pepper jelly
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlìc
  • 2 tsp chìlì powder
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ìngredìents ìn a large saucepan or shallow stockpot. (I used my cast ìron dutch oven)
  2. Brìng to medìum-hìgh heat. Let cook for 2-4 mìn
  3. Enjoy!
