Keto Parmesan Garlic Chaffles – 3 Ways

Super easy to make Keto Chaffles, turned savory and served Italian garlic bread style in 3 different ways!

To serve, there are a couple of options.  One is to serve with a drizzle of olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil,  along side your favorite Italian dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

PREPARATION

  1. Turn on your Waffle Maker, (mine makes 4″ waffleand start preparing the batter.
  2. Add in all the ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese to a bowl and whisk. Add in the cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Spray your waffle plates with nonstick spray (I used coconut oiand add in half the batter to the center. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on how crispy you want your Chaffles.
  4. To serve, there are a couple of options. One is to serve with a drizzle of olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil.
