Super easy to make Keto Chaffles, turned savory and served Italian garlic bread style in 3 different ways!
To serve, there are a couple of options. One is to serve with a drizzle of olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil, along side your favorite Italian dish.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole egg beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

PREPARATION
- Turn on your Waffle Maker, (mine makes 4″ waffleand start preparing the batter.
- Add in all the ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese to a bowl and whisk. Add in the cheese and mix until well combined.
- Spray your waffle plates with nonstick spray (I used coconut oiand add in half the batter to the center. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on how crispy you want your Chaffles.
